A hallmark of our Albuquerque, New Mexico area bed and breakfast that continually draws raves from our guests is the delicious hot breakfasts.  Much of the year breakfast is served on the portal, where you will be entertained by the resident road runners, quail, and bunnies while being amazed by the ever-changing face of the Sandia Mountains.

Start each morning at our Santa Fe area bed and breakfast with a glass of juice and a cup of freshly brewed coffee or select from a variety of teas. Fresh fruit, including cantaloupe, pineapple, melons, and seasonal berries, is always part of the menu. You will always be served a hot entrée, which may be one of our unique egg dishes prepared with a New Mexican flare or perhaps gourmet pancakes or stuffed French toast. A breakfast meat item, such as sausage, strips of peppered bacon, or Canadian bacon, is also included along with yummy cinnamon or cranberry orange scones, sticky buns, or specialty breads to round out the meal.
